We never see or store your card details.
How we use it
To take your booking, send your tickets and booking messages, and admit you at the Event.
Verifying your details
We confirm your email, and Sri Lankan (+94) mobiles, with a one-time code. SMS is sent only to Sri Lankan numbers. Temporary email addresses are not accepted.
My Orders
You can view your orders in My Orders with a one-time code. There is no account or password.
Who receives it
- PayHere (payments)
- Zoho (email)
- Dialog Axiata (SMS)
- Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection)
- Omnisend (newsletter, only if you sign up)
- Hostinger (website hosting)
We do not sell your information.
News and offers
Optional, and unticked at checkout. If you sign up, your name and email go to Omnisend. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to run bookings and My Orders, and Google Analytics on public pages. Analytics never sees your contact or payment details.
Records
When you book, we keep a record of the policies you accepted.
How long we keep it
Three years after an Event, we remove your personal details from your order.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, or for them to be removed. Some may be kept until the Event or a payment is settled.
