These terms apply to every ticket bought on this website. By booking, you also agree to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and any Additional Event Terms for your Event.
Booking and payment
- Tickets are held for a few minutes while you pay, then released.
- Prices are in LKR. The total, including any taxes and charges, is shown before you pay.
- Pay through PayHere by Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
- Your booking is confirmed once your payment is confirmed.
- Please check your booking before you pay.
Verifying your details
We send a code to your email, and by SMS to Sri Lankan (+94) mobiles. Temporary email addresses are not accepted.
Your tickets
- We send your tickets by email, and by SMS to Sri Lankan mobiles.
- Each ticket admits one person, once, for the Event and date booked.
- Keep your tickets private. Tickets may not be resold.
- Tickets cannot be transferred to another person and the National ID/Passport will be checked at the time of entering.
Entry
- Show your tickets on your phone, opened from your email or My Orders. Printed tickets and screenshots are not accepted.
- Follow the Event’s rules and our staff’s instructions. We may refuse entry for safety or security reasons.
- Some Events have Additional Event Terms, such as age limits or dress codes, shown on the Event page.
Event changes
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event arrangements where necessary. In the event of any significant changes, postponement, or cancellation, attendees will be notified accordingly.
