Good to know

Entry

Enter through the main entrance and show your booking/ticket confirmation to the Kai staff at the entrance. Guests should have their booking readily available on their phone. Re-entry is permitted only for guests wearing their event wristband.

Age/Children

Children are allowed on the premises when accompanied and supervised by an adult. Alcohol is only sold/served to guests aged 21+ and ID may be requested.

Dress Code

Beach Club Smart Casual / Festive Poolside Attire (Stylish & relaxed summer party wear, resort wear, swimwear permitted for pool areas. No group costumes, face/head tattoos, or gang attire/colours permitted).

Additional Event Terms

Weather Policy and Refunds

  1. Event Continuation: The event will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions, including rain or other adverse weather, unless otherwise communicated by the organiser.
  2. Weather-Related Attendance: Ticket holders are responsible for assessing weather conditions and deciding whether to attend the event. The organiser shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience, travel difficulties, or inability to attend due to weather conditions.
  3. Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for bad weather, weather-related inconvenience, personal circumstances, or a ticket holder’s decision not to attend the event due to weather conditions.
  4. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions, including the weather policy and non-refundable ticket policy.
